Corporate Finance Analyst Program
We built this program after watching countless professionals struggle with the gap between academic theory and practical application. Real companies don't work like textbooks. Our approach starts with messy spreadsheets, unexpected data gaps, and tight deadlines—because that's what you'll actually face.

What Drives Our Teaching
These aren't corporate buzzwords. They're the principles that shape every session, assignment, and feedback loop we create for aspiring analysts.
Practical Over Perfect
Finance departments need quick, reliable analysis more than they need academic perfection. We teach you to make smart decisions with incomplete data—because waiting for perfect information means missing the deadline.
Transparent Communication
The best analysts can explain complex models to non-financial stakeholders. We push you to write clear reports and present findings that executives actually understand, not just impressive formulas that look good on paper.
Iterative Learning
Nobody builds a perfect financial model on their first try. We normalize revision, encourage questions, and create space for mistakes—because that's how analysts actually improve in real workplace environments.
Industry Context
Different sectors have different financial realities. Manufacturing cash flow looks nothing like SaaS revenue recognition. We connect every concept to specific industry examples so you understand when and why to apply each technique.
Collaborative Growth
Finance teams share knowledge constantly. Our cohort structure mirrors real departments where junior analysts learn from seniors, and everyone benefits from collective problem-solving rather than isolated competition.
Ethical Foundation
Financial analysis influences major business decisions. We address ethical dilemmas early—pressure to adjust assumptions, conflicts between accuracy and desired outcomes, and responsibility when your analysis affects jobs or investments.
How We Actually Teach This
Most finance programs throw textbook problems at students. We took a different route. Our curriculum comes from interviewing CFOs about what they wish their analysts knew on day one, and then building backward from there.
- Case-based learning using sanitized data from real companies, not invented scenarios
- Monthly guest sessions with finance directors who share current challenges their teams face
- Group projects that simulate cross-functional collaboration with marketing and operations
- Video feedback on your models so you understand not just what's wrong but why it matters
- Access to our alumni network working across manufacturing, tech, and financial services
- Flexible pacing that accommodates full-time jobs—most participants finish in 8-11 months
Your Learning Journey
This isn't a linear path. You'll loop back to earlier concepts as new ones make them relevant. That's intentional—it mirrors how corporate finance actually works.
Foundation Phase
Months 1-2
Financial statements, ratio analysis, and cash flow basics. We start here because everything else builds on understanding what the numbers actually represent. You'll work with real 10-K filings and learn to spot red flags that theory courses miss.
Modeling Skills
Months 3-5
Building three-statement models, DCF valuation, and scenario planning. This phase gets technical fast. Expect frustration when your formulas break—that's when the real learning happens. We emphasize model structure that others can audit and update.
Strategic Application
Months 6-7
Capital budgeting, investment analysis, and performance metrics. You'll evaluate actual business proposals and defend recommendations to your cohort. This is where technical skills meet business judgment—and where many realize finance is more art than science.
Advanced Topics
Months 8-9
M&A analysis, restructuring scenarios, and risk assessment. These modules dive into specialized areas. Not everyone works in these domains, but understanding them makes you valuable when your company considers major strategic moves.
Capstone Integration
Months 10-11
Comprehensive project combining all prior skills. You'll analyze a complete business scenario, build supporting models, and present findings. Alumni often reference this project in job interviews because it demonstrates end-to-end analytical capability.
Who's Teaching You
We're practitioners who moved into education, not academics who dabble in consulting. That distinction matters when you're learning skills that need to work under real business pressure.
